How does the 60-day trial work?

You can use Stacks in full for 60 days. At the end of 60 days you will be given the option to purchase Stacks. If you choose not to continue at that time your account will be deactivated. 30 days after account deactiviation all data tied to your account will be removed.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes, if you add or remove users your plan will be adjusted and charged accordingly at the beginning of the next billing cycle (i.e. next month). If a plan is upgraded and downgraded within the same month you will be charged for the upgraded plan level on your next billing cycle.

How can I get more storage?

If you find you need additional storage you can purchase more at a cost of $2/GB. You may do this in the Stacks Control Panel. In order to add storage to a Trial Account you must exit the trial and choose a paid plan.

What if I have more than 40 users?

If you have a very large team and would like to have more than 40 users in Stacks send us an email request and we will work out a custom plan that works for your needs.
